MD Clerkship Exam Dates for Phase 2

2024

All exams occur on a Monday & Tuesday.

Exams take place in McDonnell Room 100 or FLTC 602 Computer Lab

Registration is at 8:30 am for 9:00 am exams and registration is at 12:30 pm for 1:00 pm exams.

LOCATION

Exams take place in McDonnell, Rm 100 (Computer lab) in the McDonnell Sciences Building or in the Farrell Learning and Teaching Center sixth floor computer lab, FLTC 602. The location will be specified in the reminder emails you receive the week before your exam.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Personal items are not allowed at your workstations and should be placed in the storage cubicles in the back of the room. No cell phones, tablets, smart watches, or other electronic devices are allowed at your workstations or in your pockets during the exam. Food and drinks are also prohibited at your workstations. A green dry erase board is allowed to take notes and calculations which must be turned in at the end of the exam.

NUMBER OF QUESTIONS/TIME ALLOWANCE

All web-based clerkship exams consist of 110 questions with a time allowance of 2 hours and 45 minutes. There is also an optional 15-minute tutorial which precedes the exam.

INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO EXAM

The exam will be added to your Keystone calendar – with details about the arrival time, registration, etc. You will also receive a reminder email the day before your scheduled exam.
