Refunds (excess aid used for living expenses, books, supplies, etc) are processed by Student Accounts 5-7 business days after your financial aid disbursement. You may view your anticipated date of disbursement on your NetPartner.
The preferred method of generating student refunds is Direct Deposit. When your student account creates a credit balance, an electronic refund will be generated 5-7 business days later. Your eRefund will be deposited into the account you have assigned in your Student Financials Hub in Workday. Electronic deposits may take 3-5 business days to become available, depending on your banking institution.
If your account does not have direct deposit set-up our office staff will reach out to you. In order to setup Direct Deposit, please follow these steps.
