Workday is WashU’s new home for academic information, registration, advising and, coming this summer, student financials.
Using Workday for Fall 2025 Onward
Use Workday Student to:
- View and update personal and contact information.
- View and update academic information, such as adding or changing program of study (major/minor), view academic progress, or view advisor support network.
- Plan and register for Fall 2025 in April, including addressing any registration holds. Course sections will populate in Workday as schools finalize their Fall 2025 schedules.
- Manage financial transactions and download an account statement.
- View/download an unofficial transcript.
- Request Time Away from the University.
